Pinhook Straight Bourbon Cask Strength 5 Year is bold and expressive, with aromas of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and ripe dark fruit. The palate is rich and concentrated, showing brown sugar, baking spice, cherry, cocoa and roasted nuts, with the higher proof bringing plenty of warmth while retaining a lively sweetness. The finish is long and powerful, layered with cinnamon, charred oak and dark caramel.
