4 Grain Mash Bill: 66% Corn, 23% Rye, 6% Wheat, 4% Malted Barley.
Barrel Age: Mix of 2, 3 and 12 year old charred, American Oak-mix of char levels.
Deep Chestnut in color with classic Bourbon aromas – notes of toffee and soft caramel, mixed with sweet corn. Rich and warm flavors that balance the soft oak influence and cereal grain – hints of cocoa powder and anise along with a deep honey mouth feel. A long spicy Rye finish with orange zest that gives way to a final touch of malt.
