This wine is made of 100% Gewürztraminer, from 40+ year old vines. Its well-balanced acidity complements the rich flavors of dried apricots, honey, and tangerine. Farmed biodynamically. We would pair this with Galbi Jjim, a spicy Korean braised beef short rib stew.
