This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes were gently pressed into stainless steel to preserve all their bright zippy fruit and aromatics. It is classically herbaceous with notes of cut grass, grapefruit and thyme. We would pair it with a caesar salad with homemade caesar dressing.
