This wine is made of 100% Grüner Veltliner. The grapes are selected from young vines from some of Schloss Gobelsburg's best sites including the Lamm, Grub and Renner vineyards. The wine is young and fresh, being aged in stainless steel, and is a pure expression of Grüner. We would pair it with schnitzel, pickled onions and an herby potato salad.

From our Importer: For this wine, the grapes are from the best sites around the Heiligenstein (Lamm, Grub and Renner). The Grüner Veltliner is grown in young vineyards (under 20 years old) of the former Steiner Allerheiligenstiftung, a religious foundation that dates back to 1171.
