This wine is made from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc. It opens up to a distinctly earthy nose, followed by supple dark fruit, cocoa, and dried plums. Big but smooth tannins and perfect for whatever's on the grill.
