Domaine Billaud-Simon 'Vaudésir' Chablis Grand Cru, 2019

This wine is 100% Chardonnay from a single vineyard in Burgundy. Vaudésir benefits from having both a northern and southern facing slope. The southern slope ripens earlier and provides richness and body while the northern slope ripens later in the season a provides the deep minerality of classic Chablis. Perfect for cellaring, or pairing with filet mignon, grilled portabello mushrooms, or pork chops.
