This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from estate vineyards on Mt. Veeder, in the Napa Valley. Savory, bright and deep, this generous wine offers black cherry, ripe blackberry, and mission fig. On the palate, herb notes of star anise, marjoram and French lavender provide complexity and depth alongside the juicy bramble fruits. Pair with a slow roasted leg of lamb, or Summer BBQ.

• Mayacamas Vineyards (Mt. Veeder AVA)
• Volcanic ash and igneous rocky soils
• 1,800 to 2,400 ft elevation
• Hand-harvested
• Fermented in cement vats and stainless-steel tanks
• After about two weeks on skins, the wine is gently pressed into barrel
• Aged 32 months in neutral oak, 20 months in large format foudre, and 12 months in barrique
• 14% abv
