Collection: Champagne Etienne Calsac

In 2010, at 26, Etienne Calsac took over his grandparents' three-hectare vineyard in Avize, transitioning it from being rented out to grandes maisons to organic farming with grass cover crops and plowing. With a background in Champagne production, Etienne applied strict quality controls and experimented with new methods, vinifying each parcel separately and aging some wines in barrels. He keeps a perpetual reserve for his non-vintage cuvée and a separate reserve for his single-vineyard cuvée. Calsac is known for innovative releases, including a Grand Cru from the Clos des Maladries and a unique blend called ‘Les Revenants’ from a self-planted vineyard. His wines are highly sought after, very special, and super limited.
