This wine is 100% Chardonnay from four separate vineyards along the California coast. It is crisp and refreshing with entrancing minerality, yet still has classic Californian ripe fruit and citrus characteristics. An ideal pairing with the bottle is BBQ chicken fresh off the grill or oven baked white fish.

Details

Vibrant and intense, but balanced - as if the volume is turned up on all its parts equally. Briny citrus, orchard fruit, lacy white flowers and minerality are all on display. Dry extract gives the wine concentration and mid palate, while acidity holds the tension. It punches criminally above its weight, and should age as well as any vintage we have bottled.
