This wine is a field blend of Pinot Noir, Poulsard, and Trousseau from the Jura region of France. A delicious medium bodied red full of earth, raspberry,  dark cherry, and a touch of green pepper. Pair with appetizers, lean fish, or soft cheeses.

From the Importer:
Field blend of Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir. Biodynamically farmed and hand harvested. Whole Cluster Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, second fermentation before adding to barrels. Aged a minimum of 48mo in neutral oak.
