Details

From our Importer: The grapes come from two parcels. The first is a 2.5 hectare plot called Champagne that was planted in 1995 (the estate's Bourgogne Aligoté is also sourced from there). The second is a 1.2 hectare parcel planted in 1998. Both are in the village of Chitry-le-Fort. Both vineyards have about 25cm of topsoil before hitting right on a mother rock of Kimmeridgian limestone.
