This wine is made from 100% Moscato. Tintero is the only producer to bottle Sorì Gramella, a south-facing vineyard with limestone soil, allowing the grapes to ripen their trademark sugars more fully, while maintaining the acidity needed for all that sweetness. The juice is kept at extremely low temperatures to stall fermentation until the wines are ordered, to ensure the wine is at its freshest. Pair it with lamb vindaloo, and get it extra spicy.
