Jacob fancies himself much more self-taught-cook than trained-chef when it comes to all things wine and food. Growing up in the back of his grandmother's restaurant, family and food have always come first. He feels that almost nothing fails to look better when you are gathered around the table and slowing down long enough to laugh and love and listen. Making this time around the table as delicious as it can be remains a most powerful force and inspiration for Jacob: "Ask any question, share any idea...together we can make things very special... let's be sure not to miss it."
