Details

Biodynamic since 2018, and organic since 2009, this wine, farmed from a UNESCO world heritage site is delicious dry Chenin Blanc. Harvested from 40 year old vines growing in sand and limestone, all vinification is in stainless steel. Clean and focused with those honeysuckle evoking notes of peat, this Chenin presents pronounced minerality.
