This wine is made from 72.5% Merlot 12.5% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. It carries a both complex and intense nose of subtle woody aromas, as well as red berry and spicy notes. It is rich and round with incredibly balanced tannins. Pop it open, throw a whole chicken in the oven, and enjoy!

From our supplier: Château de Sales, built in the 17th century, is the largest estate in the Pomerol appellation and has been owned by the same family for more than 500 years. Located 35 km east of Bordeaux, the vineyard of Château de Sales is situated in the northwestern part of the Pomerol appellation.
