This wine is from the Right Bank of Bordeaux and is predominantly Merlot, with a touch of both Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is classic Merlot its core, dark purple and blue fruits jump out of the glass and are backed up by significant mineral undertones. Sub this bottle in for your usual California Cabernet or Left Bank Bordeaux blend with your steak dinner.
