This wine is made of 100% Albariño. 6 months of lees aging and zero malolactic fermentation leads to a wine with pure delicious fruit and some interesting complexity. It is floral on the nose, and has notes of pomelo, lemon zest, and honeydew on the palate. We'd pair this with grilled tuna burgers, a mango pineapple slaw on the side, and of course, friends on your patio.

Details

It is a brilliant and delicious white wine, typical of the Salnés Valley. It is the initial target of the family winery Adega Pombal A Lanzada.

Destemmed, crushed and pressed in a pneumatic press. The must is drained and fermented at 18ºC for about 8 days. It is aged on lees in a steel tank for 10 months.

Arcán has a pronounced varietal aroma of lemon, pear, melon, wild herbs and notes of seaweed and iodine. The wine is round, with a fantastic acidity and a saline sensation that makes you salivate.

It is recommended to decant the wine before serving it at around 10-12ºC.
