It all started with a beach:
Pampelonne is inspired by the most sophisticated yet carefree beach in St. Tropez with the same name, and the unique sparkling rosé that people imbibe there. We wanted to share this rule-breaking rosé with our friends in America. Our goal: create a sparkling wine cocktail with fine French wine that was light, crisp, and not so sweet, so you could have a few without feeling heavy. It had to be portable, so you could drink it wherever you wanted, straight out of the can. We avoided cloying flavors and harkened back to old-world cocktails while adding a modern twist. After hundreds of batches, driving too many mixologists crazy, and some glorious failures, we created our first beauty—the Rosé Lime. Followed by other stunners that you can discover below. We like to think of Pampelonne as the best drink you never knew you wanted.
la pêche: An homage to famed Venetian bars, our La Pêche assails your taste buds with white-peach notes and undertones of fleshy nectarine. A succulent mouthfeel made sublime by a tinge of lime and honeysuckle.
blood orange spritz: A time honored spritz reinvented, ours begins with passionfruit and citrus, a perfect lead into the signature blood orange bitters. Bursting ripeness and refined notes of bitter cinchona; both appealing and complex.
french 75: A twist on the classic, our French 75 is three distinct layered flavors. First, aromatics of Juniper, then Meyer lemon balanced with notes of spicy bergamot. Finally, our signature elderflower to round out the finish. Ambrosial and not too sweet.
rosé lime: More than a Rosé, a Rosé Lime. Top notes of passion fruit, kissed with summer ripeness followed by a juicy, citrusy mid-note of ruby red grapefruit. Finished with a hint of lime; tart, tropical and refreshing.
