This wine is 70% Pinot Gris, and 30% Chardonnay from small parcels in Oregon. A deep Amber-Pink hue, this wine is zesty and loaded with notes of citrus peel, black tea, tart cherry, and raspberry. Serve chilled and pair with, appetizers, poultry, or rich fatty fish dishes.

Practicing Organic
70% Pinot Gris, 30% Chardonnay
Pinot Gris grown in the Chehalem Mountains of Willamette Valley at 1000 ft elevation
Chardonnay made up of field blend of Burgundian clones grown in the Eola-Amity Hills
Varying degrees of skin contact across both varietals, ranging from 24 hours up to three weeks
Aged 5 months in mixture of French neutral oak barrels and stainless steel before bottling
13% abv
