This wine is made from 53% Colombard, 32% Gewürztraminer, 10% Zinfandel, and 5% Albariño. We would pair it with Birria tacos or oysters with fresh lemon juice. The wine sees one week of skin-contact, three weeks shorter than Tinto Amorio's Bheeyo bottling of the same blend. It is fun, aromatic, refreshing, and has notes of mandarin orange, and peach candy. It is the perfect wine to share with friends.

From our Importer: The organically farmed French Colombard, Gewürztraminer, and Albariño underwent 7 days of skin-contact before being blended with the Zinfandel for co-fermentation in stainless steel. The wine was then aged sur lie in a mix of new French oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks for 4 months before being racked off lees to tank and bottled.
