This wine is made of 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, 10% Clairette, and 10% Bourboulenc. The grapes come from 30 year old vines. The wine has a complex bouquet of yellow fruits, and fennel. On the palate this wine is laser focused with bright minerality, and tropical fruits. Enjoy now or cellar for a couple years and pair it with seared scallops and polenta or risotto with lemon and mushrooms.

From our Importer: Domaine Roche-Audran is a bio-dynamic winery situated in natural wooded preserve at the foot of the Buisson vineyard. Winemaker Vincent Rochette created the domaine in 1998 from the family's fifth generation farm. The winery has been biodynamic since 2006.
