Details

From our importer: Fermented with native yeasts and aged 10 months in cement tulips.

Vibrant palate and marked minerality, where the notes of flint stone are evident.

Produced from native varieties and old vineyards, between 70 and 80 years old, in the “lajidos” in Criação Velha.

The vineyards have a very low yield, which means an increased quality.

A meticulous selection of the grapes. Grapes are quickly transported in small boxes to the “adega” and processed in a vertical press with the use of inertization. The wine undergoes a pre-fermentative maceration and is then fermented in refrigerated egg-shaped cement tanks with subsequent agening.

This is a numbered edition of 2792 bottles.
