100% Cabernet Franc. An intense ruby-garnet core and an aromatic bouquet of ripe red and black fruits framed by spicy, floral nuances and subtle earthy hints. On the palate generous yet well balanced, showing lush fruit, refined silky tannins, and just enough acidity to keep it lively through a lingering, spice-tinged finish. Pair with roasted duck with herbs, lamb chops with chanterelles, or a classic coq au vin. The wine’s ripe fruit and spice notes complement rich meats and savoury sauces while its structure stands up to earthy mushrooms and braised vegetables.
