This wine is made from 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio. This wine is savory, with notes of ripe red fruit and subtle spice. It is loaded with fresh acidity and soft but potent tannins. Pair this with a pan-seared, skin-on, bone-in chicken thigh, and make sure to salt that bird!
