This delightful wine is 100% Riesling from the Peach Orchard Vineyard in the Finger Lakes. In composition, a relative of your favorite Alsatian Riesling, full of ripe tropical fruit and petroleum, yet bone dry. A wine born for charcuterie and spicy Asian cuisine.
