This lovely Rosé is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from a single vineyard in the Columbia Gorge AVA, at about 300 meters of elevation. It is elegant and fruit-forward and lovely on a hot summer's day! Pair with a crisp Nicoise Salad or Chorizo.
