Details

Getariako Txakolina
Site: Getaria at 50m to 200m
Grapes: 50% Hondarribi Beltza and 50% Hondarribi Zuri
Vine Age: Vines planted from 1918 to 2008
Soil: Limestone
Farming: Ecologic
Vinification: Grapes are combined for destemming; the white and red grapes are worked together, not separately. Fermentation with indigenous yeast occurs in stainless steel at 15° C for 20 days. Bottled with residual carbonation.
