A charming organic field blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and the little known Tibouren, minimal skin contact maceration means 'Charmes' is simple and bright and delicious. A classic expression of Southern French rosé reflecting a timeless balance of ripe fruit grown in sun-drenched vineyards with a unique coastal brightness from the relentless sea breezes. Pale salmon in hue and elegant, wild strawberry, white peach, and a hint of citrus zest command your attention, followed by a palate that is crisp, refreshing, and generous. There is a lovely balance here, where bright acidity carries subtle notes of melon and rose petal into a clean, dry finish. This is the kind of rosé that reminds you why the style is beloved in the first place. A most traditional pairing: a simple salade niçoise, or grilled shrimp with olive oil and herbs or a simple snack of toast spread with fresh goat cheese.
