100% Sauvignon Blanc
-Age of Vines​: 15-48 year old vines
-Appellation: Touraine
-Soil: Sand with Flint
-Harvest: By Machine
-Yields: 35 and 45hl/ha
-Alcohol: 12.5%
-Vinification & Ageing: ​6 hours of cold soak – pressed - native yeast fermentation in stainless steel and aging for 8 months on the lees in tanks.
