This is 100% Chardonnay. We would pair it with a fried fish sandwich and fries. Planted on a lower swale next to the small creek running through the property, the Sweetwater Springs Vineyard Chardonnay is 100% Dijon Clone 548. Known for its high fruit quality and aging potential, Clone 548 exhibits bright apple notes, as well as deep stone fruits. The cold microclimate of this block further exemplifies the fresh, bright natural acidity of the grape as well as the site as a whole.

Founded in 2011, brick & mortar focuses on single-vineyard Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah, from select high-elevation Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino vineyards. Since our beginning, we have expanded our production, adding methode champenoise sparkling, vin pétillant-style rosé, and a successful line of canned wines. Our wines are elegant, balanced, and food-friendly.
