100% Chardonnay. This classic Mâcon-Villages opens with bright aromas of green apple, ripe pear, citrus blossom, and a touch of white flowers. The palate is fresh and lively, offering flavors of lemon, orchard fruit, and subtle notes of almond supported by crisp acidity and a delicate mineral character. Well balanced and approachable, it finishes clean with refreshing citrus notes that highlight the purity of the fruit and the limestone soils of southern Burgundy. Pair with: grilled fish, roast chicken, seafood pasta, fresh goat cheese, vegetable quiche, or simple shellfish dishes.

From our Importer: Domaine Thévenet et Fils is a family-owned estate in the Mâconnais, where generations of the Thévenet family have cultivated Chardonnay on the limestone-rich hillsides of southern Burgundy. The domaine combines traditional Burgundian viticulture with careful, sustainable vineyard practices to produce wines that reflect the freshness and character of their terroir. Thoughtful winemaking, including gentle pressing and careful aging, preserves the purity of the fruit while showcasing the elegance and balance that have made the Mâconnais one of Burgundy's outstanding sources for Chardonnay.
