This wine is made of 100% Primitivo (Zinfandel). A much lighter version of Primitivo, the "Teres" is held in contact with its skins for only 30 hours, producing a wine straddling the line between red and rosé. Due to its lightness, this wine will do well with a slight chill and fun appetizers including fresh salads, fried vegetables, shellfish, hard cheeses, and of course, pizza.

When we approach this very particular authentic natural wine, we must keep in mind that it is a light red from every point of view, without being fooled by the color, more similar to an intense rosé, whose gastronomic combinations it interprets beautifully. Our ancestors produced it to have a wine, which while maintaining the intense structure of a Primitivo, lends itself to being drunk cool in the summer.

Sunset red color tending to pale ruby, lively and brilliant. Characteristic scent of fresh fruit. Very pleasant taste of cherry and berries, perfectly supported by a surprising minerality and freshness, with the inevitable aftertaste of bitter almond.
