This wine is 100% Chenin Blanc from estate vineyards in Central California. Made with a small amount of residual sugar left, this wine is layered with flavors of orange blossom, citrus zest, pear, apricot, peach and honey. Pair with spicy cuisine, appetizers, shellfish, or poultry.

Winemaking
Slow and steady was the name of the game for our 2023 Chenin Blanc. Our warm summer turned cool in September and October so a longer hang time was necessary to ripen this delicious white grape. When we found the perfect balance of sugar and acid we picked the grapes (by hand), gently pressed the juice, and then started a long, slow fermentation. This technique helps to retain the vibrant aromatics that Chenin Blanc is known for. In order to preserve that freshness, we also chose to bottle this wine just a few months after harvest.
