'Griffin' from Karatta is a 75% Shiraz and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon from two estate vineyards in the Robe appellation of the Limestone Coast. This wine is your Australian counterpart to Lambrusco. The residual sugar in this bottle is balanced out beautifully with crisp acidity. The sweetness left over make this perfect for Meat Lover's Pizza, or Nashville Hot Chicken. Make sure to drink chilled!

From 2 sites: Tenison Vineyard, planted in 1997 & 12 Mile Vineyard, planted in 2003
Stainless steel fermentation and then blended and aged in 6-18 months in old barrique and hogshead
Second fermentation: Charmat Method for 3 weeks
RS: 20.5 g/L
