This wine is 100% Chardonnay from a single vineyard in California. A Perfect example of Cali Chard, bursting with rich citrus, brioche, and orchard fruit. This wine will develop well in the cellar, as well as pair perfectly beef, vegetarian dishes, and rich fish dishes.

• Elder Chert and shale over clay soils
• Whole cluster pressed to tank
• Native yeast fermentation
• Racked into barrels and puncheons (15% new oak)
• No battonage and full malolactic fermentation
• Aged 10 months sur lies before going back to tank for an additional 3 months
