Translated from the producer's website:
Blend of Pinot Noir 90% - Chardonnay 10%.
Base vintage 2019.
This cuvée was vinified for 10 months in enamelled vats
on fine lees before bottling.

Once bottled, each bottle spends nearly 4 years on its lees in our cellars at 12°C. This ageing period brings the right balance of complexity, freshness and power.
