Collection: Tim's Faves

Tim grew up in a house where his parents always had wine on the dinner table, and as he became an adult his interest in wine and its history became greater. His first love in wine was all things sub twenty dollar Merlot, Yellow Tail Merlot in magnum was a constant fixture of his college apartment. Like many, Tim took the dive into wine and spirits during COVID and started his WSET and Sommelier Certifications. An avid lover of “New World Wines,” Tim has worked to expand the stores selection of exceptional producers from outside Europe.
