Albarino!? Champagne Method?! Yes indeed, you read that correctly, this wine is 100% Albarino from Gomes Vineyard in the San Francisco Bay. It is made in the Traditional (Champagne) Method and is Extra Brut in style. Brimming over with citrus fruit and minerality, grill up some Octopus or grab your favorite fried fisherman's platter, sit back, and enjoy. The Gomes Family has been farming Andrus Island since the 1800's when their family immigrated from Portugal.

• Fermented in tank with native yeast for 3 weeks
• No malolactic fermentation
• Secondary fermentation in bottle for 2 months
• Disgorged and topped with light dosage and crown cap
