This wine is made of 80% Chenin Blanc and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Unfined and unfiltered, and spontaneously fermented in oak barrels, this natural wine is packed with big flavors and hypnotizing aromatics. It's made from a blend of grapes purchased and harvested in Faye d'Anjou. René Mosse is a big jazz fan, and named this cuvée after the 1967 album of the same name by Archie Shepp. We'd love to pair this richly flavored bottling with a baked pork tenderloin with a honey garlic glaze.
