This wine is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Manzoni Bianco, and Chardonnay, from the upper hills of Veneto. It is sourced from younger vines, and aged in stainless steel with cold stabilization for fruit retention. It is a perfect wine for snacks and appetizers, including baked clams, fruit and cheese plates, and grilled shrimp skewers.

From the winery: Since inception we have pioneered quality through the planting of our vines on the side of the highest of the Euganean hills, and by vinifying them with utmost precision.

Today we still carry along that path of excellence and maintain the high standards of our viticultural heritage whilst combining modern oenological techniques.

Vignalta supports the environmental sustainability: it was one of the first wineries in Italy to install a photovoltaic system.

We practice “integrated pest management” and we use antiparasitic treatments only when the symptoms of fungal diseases manifest.

This vineyard management is focused to produce high quality and well-balanced grapes, vinified with “minimalist” enological techniques.
