This wine is 100% Chardonnay from the Jura region of France. A lovely, cool climate, barrel fermented Chard, this wine is rich with flavors of yellow apple, brioche, pear, slate, and a touch of citrus. Pair with soft cheeses, shellfish, or grilled poultry.

Vinification: In order to preserve the great fineness of the Chardonnay from l'Etoile, the must are fermented in barrels. They mature in these same barrels for 10 to 12 months.
