Bosco di Gica is named for the historical forest where the family's vineyards are planted today. This is Adami's highest quality prosecco, hailing from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, the historic center of Prosecco production in Italy. The wine is in perfect balance, made dry, but with 10 grams of residual sugar, showing more body than sweetness. This is absolutely diesel Prosecco which sounds weird but is absolutely the case. Pair this with friends around a big bowl of oysters.
