A premium single-origin Mezcal handcrafted from 7-8 year old Espadín agave, made for cocktails. Espadín Capón is a traditional method where the quiote is cut before it blooms. This redirects the agave's energy and sugars back into the piña, resulting in a sweeter and richer juice.
