Anne Amie Pinot Noir Willamette Valley AVA, 2024

Anne Amie Pinot Noir Willamette Valley AVA, 2024

Regular price $30.00

Anne Amie can trace it's roots in Willamette Valley back to 1979. Going through many various changes over the years, one things has stayed true overtime, crisp, aromatic whites and high acid, fruit driven pinot noir. When Kim McLeod, 20 year Wine Director for the winery had the opportunity to put her own resources together and take over ownership of the winery, the wines and sales have never been better! These wines are a true showing of wines from the Willamette Valley area practicing sustainable and organic farming.

Details

Anne Amie Vineyards is a Willamette Valley winery in Carlton, Oregon, with roots going back to Chateau Benoit, founded by Fred and Mary Benoit in the late 1970s; the winery was purchased by Dr. Robert Pamplin in 1999 and renamed Anne Amie in 2004, a name derived from his daughters’ names. The estate is centered on Pinot Noir, alongside Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, and old-vine Müller-Thurgau, with vineyards in the Yamhill-Carlton District and Chehalem Mountains. The winery has long emphasized sustainable farming and winemaking, with its vineyards certified LIVE and Salmon Safe.
