Anne-Sophie Dubois “Les Cocottes” Fleurie 2024 is a charming, light-to-medium-bodied Beaujolais that captures the playful side of Gamay with a semi-carbonic maceration that highlights freshness and immediacy. On the nose and palate, bright red fruits like cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry mingle with floral violet accents, subtle earthy-savory notes, and a touch of minerality, all framed by lively acidity and soft, silky tannins for an effortlessly drinkable profile. Its joyful, fruit-forward style makes it a perfect partner for charcuterie and soft cheeses, grilled chicken or sausage sandwiches, or even light vegetarian fare like roasted vegetables or veggie tacos, where its juicy red fruit and fresh acidity can shine alongside rich, savory flavors.
