From the Importer:

TERROIR & VINTAGE NOTES The Pinot Grigio is grown in the Venezia Giulia region, including the provinces of Gorizia, Pordenone, Trieste and Udine. The alluvial soils consist of a gravel sub-layer covered by reddish clay rich in iron oxide. The vines average 10-15 years and are bilateral Guyot trained.
WINEMAKING & AGING Fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 58°F–60°F. The wine rests in tank for approximately four months.
