From the Winery:

100% Sangiovese
-Cultivated on clay soils, the I Quadri is more lavish than its brother, the Bindella. Accordingly, it matures for longer (18 months) in 300 l barriques made of French oak.
-The Sangiovese grapes from the «I Quadri» vineyard undergo a strict selection process and after the harvest are fermented on the mash in a stainless steel tank. The young wine is then aged for 18 months in barriques and a further 12 months in the bottle.
