This wine is made of 85% Glera, and 15% Chardonnay. Valdobbiadene Superiore is the most exclusive category of Prosecco, and covers a micro region of 265 acres in the Veneto. The wine is herbal and floral and absolutely captivating. We would pair it with light soft cheeses or a sausage and broccoli rabe pizza with red pepper flakes. The 2023 vintage ripened much later than normal, and had less sugar, but retained lots of moisture and acidity, and is still wonderfully delicious.

From our Importer: Bisol family tradition and association with the history of Prosecco linked to the Valdobbiadene stretch back to 1542 and 21 generations of family ownership.

“Crede” is a dialect word for clay, which is a defining feature of the terrain in Valdobbiadene in which the grapes for this prosecco superriore are cultivated. This prosecco superiore is brilliant straw yellow with lime-green highlights and a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet has notes of wild flowers; balanced intensity; fresh and elegant.
