100% Pinot Noir from vineyards across Mendocino and Sonoma County. The wine is vinified 15% whole cluster, and aged for 18 months in French Oak, 20% new. A very structured wine with tons of florality and fresh fruit. Pair it with broiled salmon and risotto with spring peas and leeks.

From the producer: 100% Pinot Noir selected from a blend of vineyards across Mendocino and Sonoma County on primarily Goldridge sandy loam and clay . The grapes are fermented in two-ton fermenters , 15% whole cluster , then pressed in Coquard basket press, before aging 18 months in French oak (20% new) .  13.7% abv
